“I have not had any experiences with this place and nor do I ever plan too. Considering on of your drs. Jenna Forsyth Has displayed her racism towards me and was completely out of control when I met her outside of her job and the only interaction I have ever had and will ever have thanks to the things she was saying and the behaviors she displayed. If your a dr of any sort and you wanna show any type of racism towards anyone even out side of work you should probably find a new job. This interaction occurred at the North Star facility while picking my child up and and trying to ask a basic question about your facility. I would not recommend anyone to see her or interact with her and yes there was a witness and it was all recorded and on cameras that I will be calling and filing a formal complaint as well. 10/10 do not recommend anyone seeing her.”
